Handling Charges: Add 10% to orders that are to
be packaged for shipping. For customer pick-up orders
this charge does not apply.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS ground
service. For Chicago area customers we deliver to your
door at no charge. Items ordered at the same time are
not necessarily delivered together. Your credit card
will not be debited until the order is shipped. All
UPS charges, however, are debited upon initial shipment,
regardless of partial or complete order status at the
time. Charges are based on the total merchandise weight
per each delivery address. Please include your daytime
phone number and street address. UPS does not deliver
to P. O. Boxes.
Scheduling: For catalog items, on average, allow 2-4 weeks
(depending on quantity and product item(s). For custom restoration
projects, allow 1-6 weeks.
Returns/Claims: All returns must be authorized in
advance and are subject to a restocking charge of 25%.
Only unused, uncut moldings will be considered for credit.
There is no return/credit allowed on any custom or special
order molding. Any claim for damaged goods must be reported
within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for credit/exchange.
